The programme assessed against what NEC4 ECC clause 31.2 requires it to show, the grounds for non-acceptance in 31.3, and the revised-programme requirements of 32.1 and 32.2. Each item passes, fails, doesn't apply, or is marked to check by hand with what to look for.

What it gives you
Planned Completion against the Completion Date, and terminal float, in working days.
Judged on the programme as it stands now: work under way counts at its forecast finish.
What a programme file can't evidence is never silently passed. It's listed with what to check.
An assessment aid, not an acceptance
Some items rely on the wording of activity names: time risk allowances, the work of the Client and Others, acceptances, access. Where nothing matches, the item is to be checked by hand, not failed, because a name search can't prove absence. Acceptance remains the Project Manager's decision.
