Where DCMA asks whether the programme passes a standard, Insights asks what is actually wrong and what the planner should do. Twenty-five independent checks, each counted against the population it could occur in.

What it gives you
Findings are ranked by severity and counted honestly: "14 of 858 open activities", not a percentage of work that couldn't have failed.
Every finding carries its evidence rows, a recommendation and a CSV.
Six findings link straight to the Repair XER fix that answers them.
| Area | Checks |
|---|---|
| Logic | Out-of-sequence progress · work recorded out of sequence · duplicate relationships · self-referencing logic · circular logic · redundant relationships · merge hotspots · dangling logic · lags across mismatched calendars · leads · long lags hiding real work |
| Progress | Progress without an actual start · finished without starting · completed work holding duration · started with zero progress · in progress with no remaining duration · running well over planned duration · actual dates in the future |
| Structure | Milestones with duration · zero-duration tasks · duplicate activity IDs · activities outside the WBS |
| Constraints and float | Constraints driving negative float, with each one's share · high float caused by missing successors |
| Resources | Remaining work with no resources or cost |
