What's changed.
Every release that reached the product, newest first.
Verified on real programmes
- Insights: every check verified against real programmes, with narrower, more accurate rules.
- Forensic analysis: every measure verified; P6's own scheduling options are read from the XER.
- Risk analysis: consistent working-day units, deadline commitments checked, and P6 start dates respected.
- Baseline & Delay rebuilt, with unstatused work measured at its data date.
- NEC4 and the activity register judge the programme as it stands now; finished work is never critical.
- Printing: paper size and orientation chosen in the print dialog.
- Phone layout: no tab wider than the screen.
Gantt, look-ahead and trend
- The Gantt rebuilt in P6's layout, with logic tracing.
- Progress Update: work by responsible person, and a macro-free update workbook.
- Look-ahead: status colours, a compact printed sheet, a new workbook, and 16 and 32-week windows.
- Trend & Forecast: like-for-like forecasts, reliability of dates, and milestone trend.
Schedule Health, the DCMA way
- The DCMA checks now count incomplete work and relationships into open work, as DCMA does.
- Administration revamped: thresholds, counting basis and scored checks.
Repair XER
- Out-of-sequence, dangling and redundant logic fixes, each proved on the network and read back before saving.
Risk register, forensic analysis and look-ahead
- Schedule risk analysis rebuilt around a risk register, with mitigated and unmitigated scenarios.
- A Forensic Analysis tab.
- A look-ahead, and CSV and PNG exports.
- Scheduled dates now match P6's own on real programmes.
A live demo
- A static demo build, and links straight to any tab.
Ready-to-run packages
- Double-click Windows and macOS packages that run offline.
- A deployment that would start without sign-in now fails instead.
Accounts and access
- An administration panel, with roles and activity-level access control.
First release
- XER and P6 XML import, the dashboard, earned value, DCMA 14-point assessment and the Excel workbook.
